ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY Soil Connect is solving an age-old problem … streamlining the resourcing of the Dirt you need to move and the way you transport it. We make it quicker, cheaper, and faster. We connect those that have it with those that need it—people and businesses with soil and aggregate with the people and companies who need them.
Solving old problems for dirt work contractors
Connecting Contractors, Builders, and Landscapers.
Soil Connect matches contractors, builders and landscapers, and other industry professionals to facilitate the connection for Dirt’s transport and management. Traditionally, the construction industry relied on its established networks to broker their exchanges of Dirt. Founded by a third-generation builder, Soil Connect has firsthand experience of the old school method for locating Dirt and materials … calling people in your network after dinner looking for a certain kind of soil. Not much about sourcing and transporting soil and aggregates has changed since then, except for cellphones instead of landlines.
Benefits of Connecting
Soil Connect recognizes Dirt is costly. By helping users find Dirt closer to their job site, Soil Connect has already helped them save money. Additionally, by decreasing the distance between the dirt/material they’re moving, users are saving money on transportation costs and reducing their CO2 emissions.

Increase your Reach:
By creating a post on the Marketplace, users extend their reach exponentially to include other Marketplace users. Additionally, they also have the opportunity to reach hundreds of thousands of Soil Connect contacts via Soil Connect Dirt Alerts.
The Marketplace features include a text-alert function called a Dirt Alert. Another feature enables users to show qualifications for their materials, as regions vary in terms of regulations and material certification. If customers need a geotechnical report, they click a box. If they need a soil analysis, they click another box.

DIRT ALERTS
What is a dirt alert?
A text service that notifies both Soil Connect customers and contacts when another customer in their area needs or wants Dirt to help facilitate a transaction.
How a Dirt Alert Works
Customers create a free post and then “opt-in” to the Dirt Alert service by confirming their designated Account Manager. Soil Connect sends out a Dirt Alert to thousands of contacts within a defined area based on specific user needs. When customers reply to the Dirt Alert and meet the post’s needs, they are connected by email. The Soil Connect account manager will follow up with users seven days later to confirm whether we helped facilitate a transaction.
